When we agreed to switch over to NBN we had no idea it meant no phone lines for a week, a warning for other businesses contemplating it. When the line first went down Telstra did put a diversion in place for us. Now they are saying they can't. We do not believe this is acceptable, however it seems many are having problems so we are not alone.
They are telling us this will be resolved by Wednesday this week, so hopefully that will be the end of it.
